Carter and Annan did not give a visa to Zimbabwe

The ex-president Jimmy Carter and former UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan has canceled previously scheduled two-day visit to Zimbabwe because local authorities did not give them visas.

They said this at a press conference in Johannesburg.

"We were forced to cancel the visit because the Government [Zimbabwe] made it clear that is not going to cooperate," - said Annan.
